INGREDIENTS:
4 ounces Brie cheese
4 8-inch whole-wheat tortillas
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
12 ounces thinly sliced smoked turkey breast
1/2 cup fresh watercress leaves
DIRECTIONS:
Spread 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) of Brie over each tortilla. Top with equal amounts of apple slices, smoked turkey and watercress. Roll up tightly.
